* do something fun (at this stage, probably play a board game)
* make contact with someone, either by phone or writing
* prepare for tomorrow's appointments
* exercise
* relax / do tai chi / whatever
* make nutritious food for myself and / or the freezer
* another ten minutes in the kitchen

That's it for me. I have a lot of other things I want to do, but they're optional extras.

Sunday is almost over here but I have a few things to do. Wash clothes (never ending with 3 daughters!), cook something that won't upset my stomach, and pack as I'm moving next weekend.

Walk the dog (that has to be a constant everyday)
Ironing (more than I care to think about right now)
Most importantly write a meal planner for next week(standards have slipped) and son never really fancies any of options suggested on the night, so my aim is to plan a healthy/balanced diet for the week and although he can have input, once it is written(and bought) that is what he is having.

Today I have to do laundry in order to get ready for the new workweek. Also today is Father's Day in the US, so I am going to do my best to celebrate my wonderful husband and the great Dad he is. Hugs!

*Sweep and mop the floor. Our house is all tile and with a long haired dog, I'm forever chasing dust bunnies from his shedding hair.

*Finish up laundry. Started it yesterday, but the day after my Humira shot, I am wiped out. Took 2 naps yesterday.

*Do something special for hubby for fathers day.
Dx'd w/ Crohn's in 1979 at age 13. Bad flare 2008 but no health insurance so I dealt with it. Colonoscopy in July 2009 caused a perforated colon, emergency bowel resection. 2 fistula's, perianal and perivaginal.

Humira, probiotic, a multivitamin, calcium, magnesium, zinc, and fish oil. I also take Tramadol 50 mg and Klonopin (for anxiety) as needed.

Life may not be the party we hoped for, but while we are here we might as well dance!

Hey, for a change last night, my hubby was the one who woke up with D in the middle of the night ( too many buffalo wings and french fries) LOL.. No problem for him, no pain, just the drizzlies as he calls them and he's back asleep.

I washed the dog, touched up some paint around the baseboards in a small spot, swept a lot and mopped a little. Now, I am going to sit down with a heating pad on my lower back and read some! lol...

Happy Father's day to all the dad's out there!

Almost missed this.

Not sure what tlc stands for. Tender Loving Care? :-/

Today I drove my mum to the garden centre, so she could pick a few plants. I was strangely knackered (iron, where did you get to??), so I rested afterwards. Ate too much for dinner, so felt debilitated and uncomfortable after that too. Hate it when I feel braindead all evening, then become lively at 1am - yeah, that happened today.

My only goal left for today is to go to bed ASAP! =/
