Hi all,

I know everyone likes to talk about their bad times and not so much about their success. I have been fairly healthy for the past year or two. Just recently I have had more 'colonic' type cramping. My appetite is still good, but an hour or two after meals I get dull and diffuse cramping, that is alleviated with a BM usually. However, sometimes I feel constipated slightly. No blood in stool, and the stool is soft but formed. Maybe a bit of mucous. I have on the meds listed in my signature (below), plus I had maybe 5-10mg of prednisone on bad days and take less entocort that day. Is switching to Humira a possibility? or increasing remicade? I haven't been very faithful with the methotrexate injections so im trying to take those more often. I guess I should follow a more low residue or liquid diet for awhile? I'm trying to follow SCD...Any thoughts would be appreciated.

I think if you were more compliant with the Methotrexate, your symptoms would improve. Its really important for us to take our meds and on schedule. Good luck and I hope you start feeling better soon.
