This is a strange symtom and one I've brought up druring my last flare to my GP - burning pain in my groin/pubic bone area on my right side. It almost feels like it is over an artery or in the soft tissue ...  I had a bad  case of Ileities in Jan ... same symtomps are coming back including this one.  GI is having some stool samples done to rule out C-diff... ideas?

I have a constant ache (gets worse when the bowels are active) that resides under the pubic bone. Deep in there. Hard to know. At first I felt like it was bladder. I learned it's just inflammation in my rectal area.

Not sure if that's like what you're describing, but I figured it was close enough to respond. Good luck figuring it out! I've got a flex coming in a couple of weeks. fun.

mine turned out to be rectal inflammation and peri-anal/ rectal vaginal fistulas but we waited way to long to treat. Glad you're on top of things!

There are also tendons and ligaments in the area that could be inflamed.

Yes, I'm thinking it might be more tendons or something. It is on the same side that when I get a bad flare, my lymph nodes become inflamed ...so like so many crohnnies I wonder if anything is a sing of what is to come ... but if we ignore our bodies, all hell could break lose, right? Such a fine line ....
