I like it too. Especially when being sick starts to make me feel anxious.

Peppermint tea works also.  Actually, I've found that if I'm having really bad stomach spasms, hot beverages help, so I will even drink hot water if I'm somewhere where I can't get herbal tea. 

Crohn's Disease, Acid Reflux/Gastritis, Hashimoto's Thyroiditis, Endometriosis, Arthritis, Depression/Anxiety.  Too many meds to list them all.  =)

Enjoyed herbal teas since the 70s. One of the first things that alarmed me about my gut problem before the first flare landed me in ER in 2004 was when spearmint tea burned like fire, all the way down and then some. I love chamomile, but after I learned it's related to ragweed, which I'm allergic to, I quit drinking it. I still enjoy an occasional cup of Sleepytime, it has both spearmint and camomile.
Female, age 58. Humira and low dose prednisone. Diagnosed crohn's ilietis, mild, in 04 after decades of mystery and misery. Also have inflammatory arthritis.

I love my chammy tea, and decaf. green tea too!

I make ice tea out of Organic Black and Green tea. I am going to buy some chamomile Tea based on your recommendation. Thanks!

Symptoms since I was 15 (now 50), 2 “definitive” IBS diagnoses but no treatment except “eat more broccoli, you are not getting enough roughage"..lol, CD in small bowel diagnoses with Pill Cam 06/2010, Kapidex 60mg, Prednisone 30 mg (tapering down over the next couple of months), Pentasa 4,000 mg, Amitripyline 10 mg, SCD, Freeda  - Multi Vitamin  & 2000 UI D3,  Melatonin 9mg

I make iced tea from chamomile or green too. It's so refreshing.
