* exercise (done, but will try to do more)
* drink more water
* make bed
* do dishes (really important, because I'm falling behind)
* do some tidying
* appointment #1
* appointment #2
* buy some food
* make food that I can eat
* avoid tv and the news on radio, both of which are stressing me today

Bonus points:

* cut nails / manicure
* find some motivation to do some things I enjoy

Super mega bonus points:

* something hard / scary off my list, but no recriminations if this doesn't happen as I have a lot on today.

Have a good day, everyone.

Ivy.

Change of plans. Today I'm camping out at the hospital. My boy lost his IV last night and they couldn't get a new one. They are considering one in his scalp. Please no. Plus, the subpar nurse is on. My TLC is just playing protective mama bear and soothing my guy.

Today's tlc:

* Get some late lunch! (3pm and I haven't eaten a bite yet. I shouldn't really eat like this)
* Drive to brother's; play with nephews
* Read another chapter of my book (thriller - The Green Ripper. It's about a cult.)
* Reply to some more threads on HW later on. Would've done so now, but have run out of time

Think that'll do for today. The visits to my brother's takes quite a lot of out of me. Good luck to everyone else. @inflamed - I hope your son will be okay :-/

Oh, Inflamed! I'm sorry about your little boy, and I don't blame you for feeling protective tonight.

How is he now? Did they manage to find a better place for his IV?

Thanks for the support!! They got it in his foot instead. They have it all splinted up, but it's working for now and way better than his head. He should be home Friday. I cannot wait.
