Visiting the wife's family for the next week and the drive went well and Saturday was our first day here. For lunch I had some sliders and chips and for dinner we went to a Japanese hibachi grill. I got chicken with scallops and was pretty good. Well, about 4 hours after dinner I started to feel sick to my stomach. I can't remember the last time I felt this sick. At first I threw up several times and then had a LOT of D and ended up being mostly water. I was up till 3:30 in the morning until it finally stopped.

We've eaten at this place several times in the past few years we've visited. I've felt sick to my stomach after eating there once before, but it passed. I feel fine now, but last night was horrible. Sounds weird, but I'm hoping it was food poisoning instead of a flare. I am leaning towards food poisoning (or something my body hates) because I've never thrown up during a flare. I usually have formed painful BMs with the occasional D.
Feeling the best I have in several years! And it keeps getting better!

4mg LDN at bedtime, 500mg Pentasa 4x/day, 500mg Vitamin C, 1,000 I/U Vitamin D3, 1 Florastor 2x/day, 1 Nature's Way Primadophilus Reuteri at bed time.
Medication prior to taking LDN: 100 mg Imuran a day (GI wanted 150 mg), 1,000 mg of Pentasa 4x/day, 3 mg of Entocort 3x/day, Librax as needed.
