Ok when should I worry about back pain? having twinges in upper right abdomen pain is in neck shoulders and between shoulder blades the dr. said over the phone it could be Esophageal spasms but I looked that up my chest really doesnt hurt just had alot of burping and that has subsided today. BTW when u look on the internet u end up with something as scary as cancer which stresses me even more what to do what to do

Thinking about cancer is overreacting. There are many possibilities when you just consider the back, shoulder and neck pain. It's possible the abdominal pain is unrelated. If you are over 40, you should consider whether your pain is emanating from your cervical spine.
Current DX: Graves' disease, Crohn's disease, gallstones, scoliosis, syringomyelia
