Got some AMAZING news yesterday. On the 22nd of august, me and my mum are driving to a farm and collecting two feral kittens!! We've had cats for 20 years now but sadly we lost all of them. Two in the last 3 months, one euthanised (my best friend) and one simply vanished. Its been some very sad times, but now i have something to look forward to! just need to stock up on plasters for all the scratches i'm going to get!!!
Dx - Crohn's (2006), Depression (2010)
Currently - Humira fornightly, iron infusion weekly, B12 3 monthly, prenatal vits+minerals, 25mg prednisolone, calcium supplement,
Tried - aza, pentasa, questran, infliximab
No crohns' surgeries to date, Episcleritis for 3 weeks x 2, pains in hands, wrists, hips, lower back, knees and ankles

Allergic to Infliximab
Was at uni, but have paused the course to try to figure out my health!

That's always a good start, Sniper...

Chocholic, I'm really happy for you about the kittens (and sorry about your friend cat who died; that's always heartbreaking). Are they really feral?

Me - didn't talk to a RL friend and didn't do much extra sorting out in the kitchen & fridge, but got everything else done, and also spent an hour or two window-shopping and catching up on errands. The first was fun and the second just felt good because it's always nice to get odd jobs out of the way, isn't it.

On to Saturday!!!

Today started so well. Took the kids out for a long walk. Good exercise and a much needed outing. It tanked after that so:

TLC:
nap and/or early bed
eat dinner
pick up photos that were ready yesterday

I have family coming tomorrow, so I'll be a grump unless I get the place clean, bur I'm also exhausted. We'll see which wins out.
Mom to a healthy Pentasa baby and pregnant with #2. 5+ years remission, woo hoo!
