* prepare for tomorrow - appointment *and* getting out of the house early
* tlc for legs
* tlc for relationships (ring people; write letters and emails, etc)
* do dishes
* spend some time tidying & cleaning the kitchen (where I'm making progress! yeah )
* extra tidying & cleaning around the house
* make bed
* shower and dress
* exercise (done ten minutes already; will try to do more)
* spirituality stuff (try extra hard on this, 'cos it's Sunday)


Reward for getting much of the above done early:

* Go and see the chook exhibition!!!!!! yeah turn smilewinkgrin
* make muffins?


Bonus stuff:

* pick flowers
* extra tlc for the bod


I might come back and add more, once I've woken up properly.

Yesterday I did most of my list.

Outstanding items:
pick up photos (they've been ready for days)
groceries

TLC:
visit with parents before they leave
get outside for walk/exercise
make something for dinner
keep up on laundry
Mom to a healthy Pentasa baby and pregnant with #2. 5+ years remission, woo hoo!

TLC

* shower
* wash hair
* get dressed

Its 8.25pm here in the UK, and i have achieved all of these things. Still taking the anti-depressant. Sleeping alot, but less than i was. Going to see my GP tomorrow to have a check up. I'm hoping she will support me applying for disability benefits. I need an income but i'm in no place to be working right now.
Dx - Crohn's (2006), Depression (2010)
Currently - Humira fornightly, iron infusion weekly, B12 3 monthly, prenatal vits+minerals, 25mg prednisolone, calcium supplement,
Tried - aza, pentasa, questran, infliximab
No crohns' surgeries to date, Episcleritis for 3 weeks x 2, pains in hands, wrists, hips, lower back, knees and ankles

Allergic to Infliximab
Was at uni, but have paused the course to try to figure out my health!

Am home from the auto trip . . . no bad events, did a lot of reading on the road trip. Off to work tomorrow . . . today was church this am, laundry all day attempting to get caught up. Attempted to take a nap but couldn't fall asleep . . .so on message boards!



Symptoms since Jan 2009, Dx UC vs crohns May 2010 but probably small bowel Crohn's dz, biopsies all "normal"

Meds: Celebrex, Omeprazole, Liadla, Entocort EC 9mg/day, Vit D, Mulitvit, Omega 3's, Ambian, Neurontin
