Lyn -- my daughter and I put a bird feeder up, but the squirrels took it over and eventually chewed through the hook. Also broke into my shed and ate a 40lb bag of sunflower seed. How do you keep up with feeding them?

Ivy-- looks like you got through the whole list.

I got 4 notes done and made dinner. We also got out to a local shop to order treats to thank my son's nurses.

We have an abundance of squirrels in the UK. The vast majority of them are the non-native grey squirrels, which basically took over from the native red squirrels and pushed them to the fringes eg deep countryside where few people ever see them. For that reason, grey squirrels aren't loved by many, but personally I like 'em. It's a pity about the red squirrels, but I doubt they would have flourished in urban environments even if the grey squirrel had never been introduced here =/

I didn't make a list today but here's the TLCs that I succeeded in doing in retrospect! ;p

*made it to the GP this morning
*tackled the "Magic roundabout" for the first time. And only got hooted at a bit! (I bottled it coming off the roundabout). This brief article sums it up pretty accurately: Magic roundabout

And that's largely about it... >_>

Where do the grey ones come from?

Ooooooh, that roundabout sounds scary. Kudos to you, NCOT.
