Hi,
Im new to this forum and pretty recently diagnosed with Crohn's.
Im struggling with many of the same things I see others on this forum are, such as depression and finding a diet that works for me. It's been a tough balance between family and work obligations.
I'm hopeful that this forum will be able to give me the answers I need to regain some normalcy in my life.
Thanks in advance!
Diagnosed with Crohn's in April 2010. Currently on Pentasa, trying to find diet and stress relief that works for me.

Hi Tes82! I take Pentasa, too. Once I got over all the diarrhea and mucous and blood, I find that I can eat pretty much what I want (with the exception of lactose). When I'm feeling bad, though, I revert to a low residue diet . You might find that helpful during this time when you're just trying to get to feeling better.
