* read through the local paper to see if there's anything fun on this weekend (and no, there's not)
* think about something fun to do instead (drive? art gallery? antiques trawl? dunno)
* ring & write to some friends
* do some craft / needlework and reading, because I haven't done much this week

* finish watching 2012, which I borrowed yesterday so I could have a movie-night treat
* return 2012
* do some more grocery shopping
* pick up the Evil Antibiotics, which I still don't want to take skull tongue

* do some more flood clean-up
* do some dishes
* do some tidying
* wash whites?
* change sheets (wash sheets too? see what the weather does first)

And the usual basics:

* exercise
* drink lots of water
* eat vegetables
* make bed
* do some dishes
* do some tidying
* spirituality stuff

That's it for me, unless I remember anything else.

Have a fun Saturday, everyone.

* done some paperwork; written a letter to do with the Big Daunting Paperwork Mess
* done a bit of spirituality stuff
* washed whites
* three serves veg; two serves fruit
* finished 2012

Really tired today, so am having a hard time getting things done.

* do some reading, because I haven't done much this week - yes
* do some more grocery shopping - yes
* pick up the Evil Antibiotics, which I still don't want to take - yes
* return 2012 - yes (and good riddance; it wasn't anywhere near as good as I had expected it to be, and that's saying something, because my expectations weren't high)
* exercise - yes
* more tidying - yes

Not huge amounts of fun, but more productive than I thought I'd be able to be today.

My day has so far been spent sleeping!! Got a straight 12 hours last night, then needed to go back for a nap for another 3 and a half hours!! Wasted the whole day but at least i dont feel as tired as i did. Thankfully i feel fine barring the tiredness. Got loads to do tomorrow though!!

Chocaholic -- that kind of sleep can be the best TLC.
Ivy -- you got a lot done for being tired. Bummer on the movie. We watched Hot Tub Timemachine. Better than my low expectations, but still a low value movie. I also scanned the paper for activities and there were some neat ones. Unfortunately it's too hot to take the kids outside. Such a shame to be trapped indoors so much this summer. The heatwave will last through the week at least.

TLC
groceries -- done
healthy meals -- lunch/ breakfast done
diaper laundry
vaccuuming -- upstairs done
babybook
activity with the kids
more thank yous

How hot is it where you are, Inflamed?

btw, how's your gut? You were worrying it might be starting to flare last week.

I haven't even heard of Hot Tub Timemachine - when was it released?

It was 95 F and very humid. My guts are okayish. I feel sick after eating any real food, but it hasn't progressed. If I stick to ensure shakes, drinks, and eggs I feel normal, but I'm nursing my son and that makes me want to eat more than that (when I have an appetite).

We went to Ikea for our outing. We had a gift card and it's very child friendly. Of course, felt sick after eating the meatballs at the restaurant. It was still a nice, well air conditioned activity.

Tried to work again yesterday. Made it through 4 hours and then my legs cramped so badly I had to leave. Couldn't walk without a cane last night. Colon hurts a lot today. Spent most of the day sleeping. Still have to use the cane just to get to the bathroom. Even so my TLC goals today were:
--Change sheets, wash old ones-done
--Meet with arborist about pruning 6 trees-done (try to get city to pay for it-still to do)
--Try not to be too upset about the facial ticks I've developed
--Let work know I need a longer leave of absence-done but I have probably lost my job. Time will tell.
--Find a movie for emotional escape or to lift my spirits.
Diagnosed 1988 with lower left colitis. Hospitalized many times. Worst case: mega toxic pan colitis Dec. 1999. Current meds: Prednisone, Citalopram, alprazolam, and rowasa. Colorectal abscess surgery 9/09. Bleeding kidney infection 4/10. Severe flare started 6/10. Supplements: multi-vitamin, calcium citrate, vitamin D, folic acid.
