I'm debating whether or not to call my GI. I've stopped taking the Lialda to see if that would help improve anything and it hasn't :( I am still on: Imuran and omprazole, sulfasalazine and all the vitamins.

Anyway, here's my issues and would like input on whether or not to call.

I'm having 10-12 bm's a day all D with some blood (not tons, but still enough to make things red) and a lot of mucous as well.
My abdomen hurts all the time. Kinda like hunger pains but only actual pain/aches. It's not severe pain, more of a nuisance.
Nausea hasn't been awful but still more than normal. I haven't thrown up but want to and can't.
I'm completely exhausted, I had to have my mom come and take care of my 9 month old because I can barely make it to the toilet.
Loss of appetite but I still eat some.
I've had 3 'attacks' in the last 24 hrs. attacks to me are: severe pain in abdomen, it always either starts in the low back or just under my left rib a couple inches away from the sternum then spreads to the entire belly/back. Comes in waves and lasts anywhere from 30 min to an hour.

Is this worth a call or should I try and hold out and see if it passes? thank you!

Guess I should also mention that I have to wait till October to see him because that's when my pre existing period is over with.

I called but he was out of the office for the rest of the week (long weekend due to holiday). :( However today has been much better. Not so much with bm's/blood/mucous, but the pain still hovers.
