Does anyone ever experience tingling?  I have been having it on my right side, which is the side that normally feels swelled or tight.  I have just weaned off of endocort and it has been a few weeks.  Thanks in advance.

HM, I don't know what woud cause the tingling in your body, definitely talk to your doc.

mtgman....tingling in your hands can be a sign of low B12, get your levels checked...the longer you go on with low B12 the more areas it can affect (it generally stars with tingling in your fingers).
bee propolis caps 500mg one cap twice/day
omegas 369 caps one cap twice/day
probiotics 10 billion cfu once/day
vitamins C-calcium ascorbate (easy on the gut) and vitamin A each once/day
Prodiem fibre supplement one cap before bed
I've also altered my diet (no junky stuff at all, processed, fast-foods, refined sugars, ect) and exercise regularly.
I went from 30+ bloody BM's/day with lots of lower back pain to an average of 5/day no bleeding no back pain and completely formed stools, still have severe urgency issues.
~~~~~~~~My bum is broken....there's a big crack down the middle of it! LOL :)~~~~~~~~
I have recently noticed tingling in my fingers/hands/arms.  It feels like if they have fallen asleep on me.  I sometimes wake up in the middle of the night feeling this way and other times it just happens during the day.
I get it occasionally, usually on my face or neck. It's almost always in a situation with a lot of stress. I haven't cared enough to look into it much.
IF the B12 is 400 and above then it is not "fine," but at least it's good enough. Optimal is 500 to 600, so oral supplementation might take care of that.
BUT if the B12 is under 400, especially if it is under 300, then it's not fine.
One of your electrolities may be low (calcium, magnesium, potassium). Tingling or cramps is one of the symptoms. I am on supplments for all 3.
