Basics:

* spiritual stuff - done some; will try to do more
* drink water
* eat vegetables
* cook chicken for later
* make bed
* shower and dress
* wear stronger sunscreen because the sun's out!!! shocked


Try to:

* do / finish dishes
* do more gardening
* do more tidying
* do more storm clean-up
* phone / visit someone


And for fun, try to...

* go to nursery and look at shrubs
* do more family tree

Weekends are fun... yeah ... Hope you enjoy yours,

sunday TLC

* get dressed
* do dishes
* cuddle the dog
* take tablets
* do some tidying in my room once mum gets back
* clean up grass from front yard
* find another book to read - any suggestions??
Dx - Crohn's (2006), Depression (2010)
Currently - Humira fornightly, iron infusion weekly, B12 3 monthly, prenatal vits+minerals, 15mg prednisolone, calcium supplement, mirtazapine
Tried - aza, pentasa, questran, infliximab
No crohns' surgeries to date, Episcleritis for 3 weeks x 2, pains in hands, wrists, hips, lower back, knees and ankles

Allergic to Infliximab
Was at uni, but have paused the course to try to figure out my health!
