Basics:

* make bed
* exercise - done six minutes so far
* stretch
* drink water
* eat vegetables
* take rubbish out
* spirituality stuff

Try to do some of these:

* sort out dining room
* spend some time outside
* contact someone
* tidying
* volunteering stuff
* do something on the stress and / or to do list
* keep my jaw unclenched - no wonder I get headaches!!!
* tlc for legs

Bonus if not queasy:

* nursery - plants
* groceries?
* pick up meds

All of this is subject to change because I'm not sure yet whether today's going to be another queasy day or not.

Basics:

* make bed - yep
* exercise - yep
* stretch - a bit
* drink water - yep
* eat vegetables - one serve, plus two of fruit so far :-/. Yeah, I know, not good enough.
* take rubbish out - yep
* spirituality stuff - a bit. Not too brilliantly though. Will try to try again tonight.

Try to do some of these:

* do a bit of dusting
* sort out dining room - half done
* spend some time outside - yep
* contact someone - yep
* tidying - a bit
* keep my jaw unclenched - no wonder I get headaches!!! - yep

Meds will have to wait until tomorrow. You're right, though, gi; it's a never-ending chore, isn't it?

LOL, I do that all the time :-). Think of it as a nice, energetic shock for your body to remind it that it's alive and needs to start working properly :-).

Good luck with the infusion.

Just had a bleurgh moment. I have bad teeth and gum disease. I brush regulary but cant seem to stop it getting hold. I have inflamed gum right at the back on the right hand side. All morning, i've been getting this funny taste in my mouth. i finally had a look back there. i poked my gum and loads of pus came out!! I've given it a good clean and gargled with super cool mouthwash. BLEURGH!!!! definatley not one of my better moments!!
I am on the waiting list for an NHS dentist but its about 18 months long adn no chance i can afford to go private. One day my teeth will rot out of my head than i'll be in trouble!!

Choc, that's bad. I think it might be a good idea if you phone your doctor asap and ask his advice on what to do.

Pus = infection. Infection = dangerous on Humira.

You poor chook. Life isn't giving you a break there, is it?
