Well, today's another pain day, so I'll just do as much of this as I can.

Basics:

* make bed (change & wash sheets?)
* do some dishes
* exercise
* stretch
* spirituality stuff
* shower, wash hair, dress
* write note to friend
* drop off note & fruit on way to dr's
* prep for appt
* go to appointment(s?)
* talk to family
* drink water
* eat at least some veg

And try to:

* do even more dishes
* tidying
* a bit of extra cleaning?
* keep trying to get washing dry
* make a few phone calls off the list
* add to shopping list
* grab some more groceries
* do something creative
* spend some time outside
* tlc for legs
* return lib book?
* register for workshop???

Have a great day, everyone.

Bah. Blergh. *sigh*

Basics:

* make bed (change & wash sheets?) - sheets are off, and are in the machine, and are about to be washed.
* do some dishes - yes! all of them
* shower, wash hair, dress - yes
* write note to friend - rang her instead
* prep for appt - yes
* go to appointment(s?) - postponed #2 so I could come home and go to bed. Still have to do #1 though.
* a bit of extra cleaning? - yep
* make a few phone calls off the list - yes

My goal today is to take a shower and try to walk outside a little. Not so sure how much I will get done as I am still so bleeping weak. And for laproscopic incisions these sure still do hurt. I never expected this surgery to hurt so bad, but let me tell you 3 weeks out I am still in pain. I can't even believe that I was supposed to go back to work next week. Luckily it was extended until Aug 18th, hopefully I will be much improved by then. Sorry for the added whine.

Anyone have any suggestions to help me build back up my strength?

Hugs
