Hello, and welcome! I hope you'll find a lot of support and friendship here at HealingWell.

To start a new topic, go to the Crohn's forum, and scroll down until you come to the end of listed topics. You should see a rectangular grey button entitled "new topic". Click on it, and you should reach a new page that has a title bar that looks something like this:

HealingWell.com Forum > Diseases & Conditions > Crohn's Disease > New Post

Give your post a title ("subject"); type your post in the big box; and then press "submit".

I hope this helps!

If you open and read any thread, you should also find a "new topic" button towards the end of discussions, just above the big box that enables you to type a quick reply. Do the same thing - just click on "new topic" if you ever want to start a new topic.

Of course, if you just want to reply to a thread, you can click on "post reply", or type a quick reply in the "quick reply" box, and then press submit.

All this is very hard to describe, but quite easy to do once you get the hang of it.

Feel free to ask if you have any other troubles or concerns... and welcome again!

:-)
