Prof, you haven't been hanging around BP have you. Sounds like they plugged the wrong gas well. Good to see you again. Hope you feel better soon too..
If we would read the secret history of our enemies,we would find in each mans life sorrow and suffering enough to disarm all hostility.

stop eating wheat and corn - may not work for everyone or you could have diff sit - but worked for me...
45-single mom of 18, 20 & 22-year old sons, diagnosed with Crohn's in 2004 via pill camera    6MP kicked into remission (along with modified diet) so went off in 2006. Mistake.

2009/2010 ileitus and hospitalization - now on 100 mg Imuran. Currently taking 5 mg prednisone until increase in Imuran kicks in following recent dx of Crohn's in esophogus and mouth. Trying gluten free diet now.

Working and trying to date online!

Well, no dairy.

The GI and my regular doc both said that ANYTIME around a flare or after one, adding any kind of dairy including eggs into the diet cause too much mucous. Eggs cause issues with sulfur I think. They didn't explain the egg part very well BUT that's what I know. Quit all dairy for a couple of weeks and it should help. Least that's what they told me.
