I just had an I&D of abscess and placement of two draining setons yesterday. Does anyone have any advice as to what kind of cushion to use? I have a desk job and cannot imagine sitting all day long with these in--- at least not for the first few weeks. I think a cushion would help, but am not sure what kind to get.

I have been sore for 7yrs! I feakin hate it and those lame donuts never worked for's actually why I'm usually off work, but when I do have to work, I lean on the side without the setons, put all my pressure on the other side. I do it at home too. Or if you can sit on one leg( kinda bent under you if you know what I mean) and make sure the sore area is between your legs.. let me rephrase that lol
When you bend your leg and sit on it, imagine your leg like a v and just make sure the seton and sore area is in the open area of the V so it's kind of "floating". It takes the pressure off.

Thank you all for the responses. I have been bending my leg and sitting on it. These things hurt. I am going to get a foam pillow today to see how that helps.
