My boy is not in any pain, but every once in a while has a day of puking and Diarrhea. only once in a while though.
We found a Dr. in Edmonton that is willing to prescribe off label LDN. He wants to start slowly(.5mg to start, increasing by .5 every two weeks up to 3 mg) anyone know why the ramp up?

Because he will have side effects once he starts and the dr wants to minimize them. Most people have sleep disturbances.
