For the past 3 years i have been having promblems with my stomach. It hurts all the time and when i eat it hurts the worse. I have been having blood in my stool, i cant hold it at all, ive been really weak, feeling sick all the time, when i use the restroom it hurts so bad it brings me to tears  cry  , i cant eat anything anymore. I think it's time for a new doctor.

If your bum is burning when you go, apply cortisone cream before and after each BM. It helps.

I'm no doctor but I think you need a second opinion. Too my knowledge as yucky as IBS can be, the bleeding and that kind of pain shouldn't be from IBS.

My aunt has IBS and she gets bleeding sometimes. Not sure why though.

The bleeding could be from internal haemorrhoids, but blood in stools is generally a red flag - you don't get blood with IBS. If you haven't had the usual GI tests done (colonoscopy, pill cam, etc.) then the first thing to do is get those done. You can't get a diagnosis without them.

I agree with NCOT. I think of round of testing is needed. It sounds alot like Crohns to me. Good luck and keep us posted.
