Ya just a little venting...Been what seems to me a mildish flare since I had to skp 1 week of my Humira..I did end up using it yesterday.  Stomach pain has increased again had gone 4 days without needed a pain pill at all to using my max scripted amount 2 times so far today.  My anus is bleeding think the mild fissure split open a little and maybe a hemmie too not sure but it hurts to sit walk well anything really.  Had 3 BMs today and ate just some spaghetti with low fat alfredo sauce on it (I was tested 23 years ago when 1st diagnosed and I am not or at least wasnt lactose intolerant at that time).  I have streaks of blood in my underwear from my butt bleeding.  My family (boyfriend and his 2 teen boys) are very sincere but at times they just dont get it...I just wish there was a way for them to understand that yes the smell of gas is from the CD etc they tease me at times saying u say all your issues are from Crohns...

sorry for the rant just sick and tired of being sick and tired
Hoping that after my colonoscopy (which I can explain all day long how that day will be for me but again I think they will have to see me to get it).  I mentioned I wont be eating that day (they know I am limited to foods so the eldest was all happy said oh u can make this for dinner then I then infmored I wont be cooking at all that day and a look came over him like what do you mean???

I also told them I will pretty much be living in the restroom that day

Hugs to you! Losing blood is always upsetting! it gets so frustrating to always feel so down and fatigued. And, as supportive as family can be, it's still hard to try to keep up things like making dinner, etc. when you're feeling so badly! When is your scope? Today? Or tomorrow? Good luck with it! I hope it gives you answers on why you're bleeding and having pain.

I've had doctor's and people remind me that just because I have Crohn's doesn't mean I can't have something else causing problems. In my experience, though, it's mostly always Crohn's!

Hugs!

Dragonfly, I feel ya on the blood and bumminess of CD...I don't think that MOST kids understand that their parents have their own life and issues; they seem to think that parents are there solely for their own selfish needs! :)

Tell those boys they'll live without you for the day, and not to make (yeah, right!) or bring any yummy-smelling food in the house!

The scope is not until the 21st however I am going to call the office on tuesday they initially wanted to set it up for the 14th but I said no to that date since I was supposed to have fillings done on the 13th figured fillings and a prep on the same day would be bad but I have since changed 2 of the fillings and have to change the other cant afford the copay at this time this month anyway with other things that came up and we need to be in the town where my scope will be anyway on the 14th so going to try and swap things around I hope they still have it available I have taked 3 doses of pain meds today and still not much relief.
