shocked   smhair confused eyes e horrible pains underneath my right rib cage, and have had a hard lump that moves in and out of my rib cage, I have had diarrhea and constipation, cramping, bloody stools twice, constant urinating (UTI a month ago, and still feels like I have one coming on everyday) that has been going on for months now, I haven't had any energy whatsoever to do anything. I have had a colonoscopy, endoscopy a few days ago (they did three biopsys with that still awaiting the results), my esophagus hardly has any lining on it, lots of bile in my stomach. I had a liver function blood test that came back abnormal they have told me I have high bilirubin levels. I have had CT's, MRIs, Ultra sounds, numerous blood tests, and no one seems to be able to figure anything out. I just can't live like this anymore, I have a 2 year old who should have his mother playing around with him not laying in bed in pain all day. PLEASE does anyone have any ideas.. something has to give!!

Unfortunately we aren't equipped to diagnose people. While some of us can make guesses based on certain symptoms, you have many that could be part of many different problems.

Are you working with a good gastroenterologist and or internal medicine doctor? If you feel like you aren't getting the attention you need, speak up and let them know. Have you obtained copies of all your tests? You should do that so if you decide to or need to get a second opinion, you will have the records you need.

Did they do a gall bladder function test? This is the one test I didn't see you list. Because you have pain on the upper right side, that makes me think of the gall bladder.

I feel really bad that I can't offer you more ideas as to the source of your problems. Please keep hanging in there and let us know if you find out anything from the biopsies.

Thank you for your input! It was a help, we have talked about doing the gall bladder test next as well I just forgot to mention it. I will let you know what comes of that as well as the biopsies.
Thanks so much again for your time!

I saw this earlier, but I really had no ideas whatsoever. I still don't :-/

But I do hope you find an answer soon. I feel for you. But that won't make you get better. Good luck!

I get hard lumps, they are always just under the skin. They are called lipomas, they are fatty tissue growths.

They are not really anything serious. I get them cut out because they are just gross to me, and I don't want them in my body.

Sometimes they do hurt, if they are in a bad spot, they can hurt a great deal.
They never stop growing, at least in me they don't, so I just get them cut out, same day surgery, I am wide awake for it.

I dunno if this is what you have going on, google lipomas to know more.

Take Care

Thank you everyone for your thoughts!! Still wishing I could find someone who know's something... I'm going to await the results on the biopsys and see where the doctor wants to go from there, if he gives up I will just have to find someone else. They diagnosed me with Gilberts Syndrome but I looked that up online and that is only one of the things I could have because of my high bilirubin levels. And also was told they don't do anything to treat because they aren't really sure of the real symptoms.

I was going to suggest lipoma as well Homeboy.  I have one right on a rib bone, but it does not cause any of the sypmtoms Confused brought up, except for the fact that it moves and causes pain.  I have had one removed and was so miserable with the stitches that I have opted not to have any more taken out.  Not sure I could endure a dozen incision sites with stitches.

Confused, the rest of your symptoms leave me, thinking you are on the right track with the docs and tests.  You may want to get that lump removed and biopsied itself.

Hi, I had many of the same symptoms it took years of suffering for the NHS to find what was wrong. I turned out to be Diverticulitis.
