I have just finished with week one of the SCD. So far I am still having a slight urgency in the morning with a loose stool and some sporadic cramping not every day.
I had diarrhea on day 3, maybe because I was frying eggs. I also felt that maybe the yogurt was not agreeing with me so I stopped that, after dropping a half gallon on the floor, maybe it was a sign. I just started the yogurt now after a few days. I am only taking a couple tablespoons, so far so good.
I am wondering if any one has any suggestions about how I can put on some weight. I am looking very thin. I also get pretty hungry during the day.
I just started taking Advanced Calcium from FREEDA and D3.
I also cannot find canned tomato juice anywhere.
I am thinking of trying Betaine hcl to see if maybe there's a problem with my stomach acid production that is causing the loose stool in the morning. It seems like as soon as I wake up things just start moving quickly. Maybe I'm not digesting the fats and proteins from dinner very well.
Any suggestions much appreciated.

Current meds. Entocort 1 pill, & 6MP 50 mg
