This has been going on for about a week now.

Even though it's at least 90 degrees outside, I stay cold.

A couple of times I've been out to eat and I don't know if it's me, or the restaurant is super cold, but I get so cold that I get goose bumps, and I immediately feel sick.

At work I keep a space heater under my desk, and if I leave my desk for more than 5 minutes and get cold, I feel sick.

Any idea why this is happening??!?

Now whats wierd for me is when I get too hot I get the pukies. But...when I am not feeling too well, I will find I get cold easily too, but I don't get pukey, only with the heat. Not sure whats going on, maybe you are anemic??? Just a thought, and hope the docs get this figured out soon. Hugs!

I have this problem too when I get too cold and I get cold A LOT. I'm not sure because I haven't talked to a doctor about it or anything but I do think it has to do with my Crohn's and my stomach. When I get really cold I shiver a lot and my stomach kind of starts to spasm. Sometimes when I'm cold I even suck in a little to stay warm. I think thats what upsets my stomach and makes me nauseous but I'm not sure...

I was diagnosed as anemic years ago. Before my Crohns diagnosis.

I take a multi vitamin with an iron supplement in it. (Iron pills by themselves really upset my stomach).

I called my GI today and left a message with a nurse. I haven't heard back from anyone though :\
