I expected the sore arm, but the whole body thing was a surprise.  Ouchy!!!

Thanks Vicky!! I think the shot may have irritated my fibro, as my whole body feels sore. I am sure it will be better in a day or two.

And thanks for the anniversary wishes, I am truly blessed with a wonderful husband. Love ya!!

I always get my rabies and distemper shots . I understand the whole body hurt , but mine is due to a round with a post hole digger . My fault . Hope you feel better ...

Tdap is Tetanus, Diptheria and Pertussis. I thought I was just going to get my tetanus shot, but they gave me this one. I was hurting so bad yesterday that I ended up just laying on the couch all day. I could barely move sometimes. about 4 pm I finally decided to take a hot shower and that helped some. What sucked is it was my wedding anniversary and I couldn't even go out for dinner like we always do:(.

Today the arm is still very sore, but the rest of the body aches have improved. I am very surprised how this affected me, was very unexpected. Hugs!

Sorry you felt so bad on such a special day but glad you got some much needed rest. Now you will feel more like a good meal and whats one or more days , heck , they just change us to daylight savings time when it suits them so you can change when you celebrate . Think of it as , Power .

Funguy thats the way I remember it being called DPT too when my girls were little. Now they call it Tdap. I am just glad I don't have to get for 10 more years, that was miserable.

@Sniper, true, true. I felt much better today and we still had an enjoyable day, I am a lucky woman. Hugs!
