Low grade fever after eating?

I was wondering if I am an oddball  in this case.  The past few days I have noticed more often I am having a low grade fever about 30 mins or so after eating.  My cheeks get flushed etc.  this happend whether I eat something cold (like a turkey sandwich) or hot like soup.
 
It is on the low end of the low grade fever but my face gets red I feel like I am burning up etc
 
thoughts?
