Hey guys--
for those of you using turmeric--how much do you take? i'm not talking a few here and there for good measure, i'm talking enough to give you constipation....which would be a much-desired "side effect" at this point.
thanks so much

I didn't know that was a side effect-I'll start taking more for that reason alone haha. I don't take it regularly now, but when I did I was taking 800 mg/day.
I have noticed that my stools are firmer when I have eggs in the morning, which I smother with curry powder....hmmm.

Levi--does the VSL firm you up? I'm taking one pack a day but will take 20 if thats what it takes.

I'd say it does the opposite if anything...it does help though.

Although...I only take VSL four packs/day when I'm having symptoms. So I could have my causation reversed: I have loose stool and then I take more VSL. It could be worth a shot for you.
Four packs/day stopped my large amount of bleeding in a few weeks, I know that for sure.
