Hi everyone I was diagnose with cd almost 9 years ago. I typically have d 3-6 times a day but the past 3 or 4 days I have not had a bm. I am in a lot of pain, bloated and very tired. I am not sure what is causing this and wondering of anyone has any ideas. I am passing gas but it hurts to do so. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks

Try taking Miralax and see if it helps clear you out. If you start getting nauseated and/or vomiting with waves of pain that feel like contractions, then you might have a partial obstruction, and you should call your doc and go to the ER. You know your body...if the pain is really bad, you shouldn't hesitate to cll your GI doc.
