Okay so I got approved through this company and I didnt disclose my pre existing condition cuz I ran my MIB report and it was blank.

I have an appt with a GI that the ER here locally referred me to on Fri. I had told them I had crohns and would get the previous records from the other docs to them...THEN I realized that could get me into some trouble and that the insur company might drop me or exclude me.

Would you???

A. go to the appt..play dumb act like the doc told me I had crohns or mentioned it but that I have no medical records

or

B. CXL the appt find a totally different GI and just tell them my symptoms and thats all...act as though I have nothing

or

C. something else?

Anyone can give up, it's the easiest thing in the world to do. But to hold it together when everyone else would understand if you fell apart, that's true strength

Diagnosed with severe Crohn's colitis in May 2005. I deal with daily arthritis ALL over my body, cystic acne, & fibromyaglia. Have taken Imuran, Remicade, TPN, Colozal, Entocort, Flagyl, PamineForte, Cipro, Dicyclomine, Prednisone, Asacol, Prevacid, and the list goes on. Taking low amounts of Pred now & 3600mg of Asacol currently...Can't wait till I can get back on Remicade, my miracle drug!

I'm sorry, but what do you think medical records are for?

You might want to research just how much trouble it could cause you if and when it comes out. The records exist, as you say. Getting dropped by the insurance if they find out is one thing, possibly getting prosecuted for fraud is another.

Forget my previous post, I misread it. I thought you just got diagnosed last Friday at the ER. Boy, my fibro fog is in full gear today.
