I don't want to scare you, but last time I had this, I was heading for an obstruction.  Watch your diet for a few days, meaning avoid anything like nuts, raw vegetables and fruits.  If you start throwing up and get severe cramps that come and go like waves, it's time to immediately consult your doctor.
I hope you feel better soon!!!
I'm sending you greek hugs

Have you had your gallbladder out yet? That can cause right sided pain that radiates to the back. On the other hand, I no longer have a gallbladder and still get pain in my right side when I eat something a little fatty. I have had surgeries, so mine could also be adhesion pains.

GALLBLADDER!!! Read up on some of my recent posts about abdominal ultrasound and CCK Padida tests. Mine landed me in the ER several days ago. I am assuming the pain you experience is under the right side of your rib cage?
