I too just started humira, I gave myself the first set of maintenance doses today. I am also on prednisone, 40mg a day, I don't know why it is such I high dose, but I cant wait to get off of it. I am also on Imuran. I started to feel great, no pains, I was still very very tired though, and I was also dealing with the prednisone side effects. (Not fun at all!) that is until yesterday, I started having a mild flare, no vomiting, but extreme nausea, and diarrhea, and horrible cramping. I wonder if it was something I ate, or if it was because it was time for my maintenance dose of the humira. Good luck to all those starting Humira, I hope I can get used to giving the injections soon. I always flinch...lol
