Neither Imuran or Entocort list any eye related problems as side effects. That does not mean that it is not possible. There are several eye related issues that accompany Crohn's. These include episcleritis and uveitis / iritis. Also at this time of year, allergens such as mold can cause aggrevation. People with autoimmune diseases such as Crohn's often have other autoimmune issues such as allergies.

Make sure that you are getting enough fluids. You also might want to check out artifical tear products to relieve your discomfort until you can get into the ophthamologist. Anytime a person with Cd gets eye issues they really should be checked out by an ophthamologist to make sure there is not a serious eye issue developing.
