Life has not been the best. I should have gone om for a scope on both side up and down.   I had to cancell it because being with my Grand mother in her time of need.  was with her the entire transition from this world It was hard to do but in that state all the sounds of family helped everyone deal with the loss.

skull  I even WENT to the ER  now for those who know me I hate going there. An all I got was ,,,,, it is your crohns!!! devil
No crap!  Ct showed nothing blood work with in normal range for my diease.  I have been dealing with left side pain that hurts so bad to even breath, also in the past month or so I have lost 30 pounds!!!  Well it might make the Doc's happy and leave me alone ha ha, I even called them asking about this problem and they told me to go see my PC well I do not have one so I called to get ....first opening Oct1  and I just need to deal with the pain and throwing up.  Oh yea I do that once a week./ we thougnt it was a blockage
so I started on the Miralax I got some out but the pain was still there. what else could it be other then just CD

Ok long enough

thanks
dee

Hey Dee, good to see you. Hang in there. Continuous vomiting builds character....or something :)

Hi Dee and welcome back. Sorry you can't be out enjoying life again, and instead are having this Crohns flare. So sorry about your Grandma. I think you need to get in for the scopes and soon. Really sounds like something bad is going on. I had 3 obstructive episodes earlier this year and all my CT's and blood work were normal too. But I know it was at least a partial obstruction. They finally put me on Pred and that helped to quiet things down along with a low residue diet. I think you should try maybe a liquid diet for a few days maybe to give your guts a rest. I am a little concerned that even the miralax isn't working. If things get bad, as much as you hate it, I would suggest going back to the ER or even a different ER. Good Luck!

Hey Betagirl, someone (can't remember who) was looking for you the other day.
Been living with Crohn's Disease for 32 years.  Currently on Asacol, Prilosec 60 mg, Estrace, Prinivil, Diltiazem, Percoset prn for pain and Calcium.  Resections in 2002 and 2005.  Recently diagnosed with Fibromyalgia and doing tests to see if I have Inflammatory Arthritis or AS.

So sorry about your Grandma :(

There's never a good time for the CD to interfere but when losing a loved one it makes it especially hard...I hope you feel better soon, in all ways.
