 I saw this on an artists thread, they made words up from their middle names, it was all very creative, i was having an off day and all my words evolved around this disease, so I thought I'd open it up to  my fellow crohnies.   My middle name is Jean so here goes.....................
J................ Jeans, I'm usualy wearing them.
E.................eat.   Yea right
N..................No for all the foods I daren't comsume.

Okay, since I'm on a self-pity trip today...My middle name is Gayle "which I go by anyway".

Dx'd Jan'06, 1st Resection 7/06, Predinsone, Humira, Imuran, B12 injections, Nexium. Secondary conditions: Psorasis, Acne, Fatigue, Joint Pain, Lactose Intolerant, gallstones, fibroid cysts, peri-menopausal.

ill play! but im in a crappy mood today (pun intended) so imna play dirty
M- my rear hurts
A- arent fissures, hemmies and colonoscopies fun
R- ranting a lot about my CD which has gotten worse
I- i keep having accidents
E- everything sucks about CD
ok now ill try to play good
M- my mom and dad are helping me thru this so much
A- at this point i am actually working (first time in 2 years)
R- rest--hopefully ill get some tonight
I- ice cream-- id love to eat some right now
E- eat-- ANYTHING tastes good on prednisone
Crohn's Disease Diagnosed 12/24/03 (Thats Right, Merry Christmas to me!)
Probable MS
Im 26 years old, and am currently only taking remicade, protonix and evil prednisone for my CD. am on quite the cocktail for my BP however: Geodon, Lamictal, Celexa, Buspar and Klonopin.
Im also on lipitor for high cholesterol caused by a prior BD med. and i take some meds prn for my allergies, asthma, and migrianes.

Guess what kind of day I'm having?
Diagnosed 4/07 with Crohn's after hospital stay. Meds: Asacol, Librax, Azathioprine, Prednisone, Prozac, Buspar, and Xanax and percocet PRN.

Dx'd '90 (emergency rupture), symptoms ignored long before that, '03 fistulas and bad flagyl reactions, B12 weekly, Pentasa [until I surrender to the bigger meds]

M = many foods i can no longer eat
I = icky-ness i get when i eat the foods i shouldn't be eating!
C = calcium i started talking with prednisone
H = helpless, the way i feel at times
E = EATING and how much i miss it
L = life long disease that i will over come
L = low sodium, low sugar, low fat = LOW FUN!
E = everyday i swallow 22+ pills :/

L = Loved
Been living with Crohn's Disease for 32 years.  Currently on Asacol, Prilosec 60 mg, Estrace, Prinivil, Diltiazem, Percoset prn for pain and Calcium.  Resections in 2002 and 2005.  Recently diagnosed with Fibromyalgia and doing tests to see if I have Inflammatory Arthritis or AS.

Now how I really feel....

A...avoiding talking about the pain for my families sake.
N...Never feeling normal
N...Noticing every ache, pain, gurgle, cramp, toot, scent, morsel I eat, bowel movement.

Wouldn't it be nice not to have to think about this crap.....

D- Diarrhea sucks!!!
A- Almost didn't make it home today without feeling like I was going to pass out from a pain attack while driving- so scary. Better now.
M- Maybe I can help make someones live easier with this disease by being on this site
N- Not letting this illness win me over (even though sometimes I feel like I am going to)

25 Year old married female.  Diagnosed w/ CD 2 years ago, IBS for over 10 years before that, which was probably the CD.
