I know that if I searched long enough I could probably find this answer, but I really want to take a nap, so I will be lazy and just ask the question and hope that all you wonderful friends will answer.....
Doc just called said that I can go on Imuran (my promethius test came back ok). Said NO NO to babies.... I thought that there were people on here that were or had babies while on Imuran, but maybe it was something else..... I'm not sure that I want to have another child, but am still on the fence. It sucks that the medicine that might work to stablize me so that I would feel well enough to have another child, would also be the medication that would prevent me from having another child. I guess what I really want is to feel good enough to just make my decision...... oh well who knows what is around the corner.... Just wanted to find out about Imuran and babies. Thanks guys! Apologize for the rambling.....

Thanks guys. I am glad to hear it. I will have to do some research if I get to the point where I want to get preg and then I can try and discuss it with my doctor. Justjenjen I am so glad to hear that it all turned out well.

I am about to have a baby, I have been on Imuran the whole preg. So far, so good! My first GI, said I couldn't get pregnant on it. The second one said, if you get pregnant stay on it for your sake. He has had a lot of women on the drug, when there pregnant. Will see! My little girl is fixing to come on Oct. 22!!! I'm so excited!

I am having a c section, again! My GI doctor, said since I have so many problems with fistula and abcess and fissure that a vaginal delivery could be very bad for my condition.
