since I vomited once yesterday....my pain in RLQ is back but bearable.........I still feel very nauseous and I didn't have a bm today....Im starting to worrie and I just keep telling myself that's it's because of the entocort ( down to 3 mg since sunday) I don't want to jump the gun but  I am worried that it's a obstruction or something ...I still pass a bit of gas....sorry ...I just need to talk to someone....I am not sure if my condition is serious or not....anyway just need to rant a bit as I can't talk to my hubbie about cuz he gets very worried

Are you able to eat? How long has it been since you had a BM? Make sure you are keeping liquids down ie water or Pedialyte. When I am nauseated Ginger Ale helps me but it really has no nutritutional value but to help the dry heaves with lots of ice. If this continues throughout the day i would call my GI. Hope it gets better.

Jackie,
Gee, I hope you are feeling better soon. It's a good sign that you are still passing a bit of gas, and that your pain has lessened. Drink lots of lots of fluids, watch your temp.....however if the vomiting doesn't stop I would definately call my GI or make a trip to the ER.Peppermint tea sometimes helps me with nausea....and Gravol. You don't want to mask your symptoms though but sometimes being able to sleep does the body a world of good in helping it restore itself.
Good luck,...my thoughts and prayers are with you.
Feel better soon.

Thank you RxCronnie and Marie-claire.thank for yor recommendation ..I've been taking zofran and that seems to help the vomiting stoppeD I feel very nauseated and the pain in my stomach is definitly back I see my GI on tuesday so I think Im just going to wait and see what he says...you know last week was the best week I've ever had since the dx...it's hard to go back not feeling well after a good week...it's sucks
I did have a BM today twice actually but constipaded so that's a first for me....and I have gas pain so I donèt think itès a obstruction so ffeling better about that....
