Gotta hate this disease. yeah    One thing i have to stop doing is drinking so much water during the evening.  Heck i am even considering not eating anything after 5pm.   any words of wisdowm would be great.

One word of advise i would use B12 in shots instead of pills. Because B12 is absorb through the intestines and if you are having a flare up your body my not be getting it in pill form. Injection form would be better.

Hi Erik Welcome and we are glad you joined us. So glad you are getting support from your wife and kids. I was wondering if the B12 shots are painful. I had them years ago and found them to reallly make the injection site very sore?

Thanks again all for the welcome.
about the B12 shots (gahrons) only for a few hours on me, my arm where i got the shot gets sore. It feels like someone punched me in the arm a few times lol.. thats all and it doesn't last long. I always get them to give it to me in the arm that i don't use much. B12 is very important to get because it gives you energy and beleave me we need all the energy we can get. Hope this helps..
