I've read this site before, but they've updated it, and there's tons more info.  It touches just about every aspect of the disease:

Judy
49 years old, CD since I was a child.
Six resection surgeries, permanent ostomy, adverse reactions to Remicade finally off of Prednisone, back on 6MP, hoping for a long remission from this last surgery.

This is the best, quick overfew of Crohn's I have ever seen. I printed it off for my husband. Short enough that he won't get bogged down but detailed enough that he'll know what I'm going through.

Thank you so much Judy.
Vicky / 47 years old

DX'd with Steriod induced Diabetes November 2006

Currently on 4000mg of Pentasa only for Crohn's
No longer able to take 6-MP because of Bone-Marrow Suppression
Cymbalta, Metformin, Lipitor

I'm not sure if you saw the "continue" button on the bottom. There's many pages of info.

Judy, I did see the continue button. I picked the print format and it's a total of 25 pages. Not too bad.

Yes this is a great site I think I've posted it in the past, but it's always great to refresh it here, especially for newbies to the site.

Thanks from me, too. Since I've been diagnosed I've been looking for the "best" site to give family members who want to know more -- I found this too and think it's the best one.
