Just had to share...since upping the B12 to every week and munching those iron and folic acid plus other vitamins I wasn't taking, I feel SO much better.  I was getting short of breath very easily and we thought it might be asthma.  I was getting overheated and exhausted after only two minutes of exercise or stairs or daily chores.  Since the iron and B12 increase, I breathe pretty easily now.  I can't express how much better I feel except....
I mowed my own lawn and loved every minute of it!
Dx'd '90 (emergency rupture), symptoms ignored long before that, '03 fistulas and bad flagyl reactions, B12 weekly, Pentasa [until I surrender to the bigger meds]
I'm riding on the escalator of life....

Hi I know that great feeling of getting the grass mowed it makes a person feel better to have the yard nice and even better when we can do it ourselves. Sounds like those B12 and things are working good for you .It is surprising how much better a person feels I am sure your body will be loving the good exercise.. lol gail

congrats on mowing your own lawn!  It's those little things that we forget to enjoy when we are well that we need to rejoice over when we've not feelin too hot!
