I have noticed that my breasts have been hurting after my 3rd infusion of Remicade.  First it was both and now it is in just one breast, especially when trying to sleep on my stomach.  I do have implants too, my gosh, maybe something is wrong?  I start to worry and then I remember that i had pain/tenderness in both breasts so I don't think it could be a problem with one side?  Any opinions?  It's actaully pain in my nipple. I am PMSing as well but this has been hurting for over a week now....

I got them when I was 32, diagnosed with crohn's when I was 37. Could be connected, who knows.  I hoping this is nothing to worry about, all this crap medication I am on is damaging my body anyways.  I have been reading that I may actually have a yeast infection in my nipple, from being immune compromised.  Nice.

I don't know really how the treatment is going. I have awful right quadrant pain, it's not going away, in fact it's getting worse. I guess I should call my doctor. I'm on my 3rd infusion, I don't go back until after thanksgiving for my 4th.

Well I feel a lot better now that my period came and went.  I know it was somewhat hormonal, but I have NEVER felt that pain and tenderness before I went on Remicade.  I know it's that poison I'm on!  I hope this doesn't happen every month now.

Twenty years ago, I was diagnosed with fibrocystic breast syndrome, so my breasts were often tender. Once I hit menopause, the fibrocystic disease went away completely. When I started on 6MP (another immunomodulator) three years ago, the breast tenderness reoccurred, and I now have it often, especially when I'm in a flare. It's uncomfortable, but I guess it's a small price to pay for avoiding more abdominal surgery.
