Crohn's and mycobacterium?

Im sure this has been explored on the board previously, but has anyone heard of credible evidence of an association?

I read there was a study that was going to be published at some point that looked at MAP positive patients who were treated with antibiotics for a couple years?

It sounds like complete kookery to me, but hey, 20 years ago we would have thought the same about H. Pylori and peptic ulcer disease.
