If you are on a probiotic, which one are you using?  I am currently using FloraQ2, but it gets a bit expensive and is often hard to find.  Any suggestions/recommendations?

We use Theralac. Place ".com" after the name and you can read about it. I order it from the company. It is somewhat pricey. More than some, less than others. I think there are several good ones out there. I've always been told that those which require refrigeration are better. Who knows.

VSL#3 is often discussed here and has been used to treat Crohn's patients. You might look into it. It is very pricey, though, but some docs will prescribe it, so you might get insurance to offset cost.

In any case, I believe most here would agree that probiotics are very beneficial. I take them just for good measure--I don't have GI issues.

Good luck to you!

Grateful for everyone's help here!

Primadophilus Reuteri made by natures way, only one/day is needed, contains 5 billion CFU, 90 caps costs me 28.00 has guaranteed intestinal release, aids with lactose intolerance (which mine was severe and no longer an issue), vaginal health, and high cholesterol (which mine was very high and now in normal range).

Only downside is it must be kept cold, but well worth it, so look for it in the refridgerator at the health food store, or make sure if you order it online they ship it cold-packed.

My bum is broken....there's a big crack down the middle of it!  LOL  :)

Just yesterday my GI recommended Align as a probiotic - she said it was very good and runs about $30 a month. She gave me a couple of weeks worth of samples so I'll see how it works for me. I believe you can find it on the internet.
