So my CT scan showed that it isn't Crohn's related.  I now have to see the gyno for possible calcification of ovaries.  This led me to poke around for other possiblities for unexplained pain and have come up with endometriosis and a fibroid tumor as possible culprits.  Didn't God already get the message that Crohn's is enough trouble for me?  Anyway, I am annoyed and in pain.  I know you all understand that.

I can relate to what you are going thru. I ended up having a hysterectomy about 15 years ago, cause all the pain and suffering just wasnt worth it. Plus I was already done with having kids. I think so many things are connected to Crohns. Like I said I had to have the hysterectomy for not only fibroids, but was so miserable for like 3 weeks out of every month. I have had two herniated discs in my neck fused, and now enjoy arthritis all over the place. I guess God figured we were tough and could handle it all. Most of the time I do, but just like you sometimes it gets real old real fast. God Bless!
Been living with Crohn's Disease for 32 years.  Currently on Asacol, Prilosec 60 mg, Estrace, Prinivil, Diltiazem, Percoset prn for pain and Calcium.  Resections in 2002 and 2005.  Recently diagnosed with Fibromyalgia and doing tests to see if I have Inflammatory Arthritis or AS.

I think you are very right. I am hoping that it isn't anything because I am only 26 and want to start a family in the next few years. But, I suppose I am a tough cookie and will get through whatever is in store for me.

Ok, so I have a dermoid on my ovary. It is a benign tumor that can have a bunch of weird stuff in it such as hair and TEETH! They are not positive this is causing my tailbone pain but it could be. It has grown in the past two days. I guess I have had this since I was a little embryo. I am pretty fascinated and glad they didn't find anything too horrible. I am going to meet with my doc proably on Monday and go through my options. WHen they were telling me this I kept thinking of "My Big Fat Greek Wedding" when the aunt that had the lump on her neck that turned out to be her twin. Anyway, I am really hoping if I get rid of "my twin" that my tailbone pain will go away.
