Are you my online buddy I recommended to a therapist in Maine?  If so... how are you liking it?  I hope it helped you as much as it helped me.  I am back in therapy but through my school (its free) to help me w/ my anxiety about the three vacations I have coming up.  I HATE flying.  I am planning on getting medication.  But, he keeps getting into all the other issues I had seen a therapist for before.  He knows that but thinks I still need some work in that area.  I guess it can't hurt.

Yes, that is me. The therapist is going ok. I've gone almost 16 sessions. It hasn't helped that much dealing with this chronic disease but it has helped with general issues which helps in an indirect way. Good luck with the flying trips. I decided last time it was going to be a long time before I did that again (HA) The food issue is extremely stressful (maybe you're not going that far for that to be a consideration) Hanging around airports to change plans, awful, exhausting.

The Singapore trip sounds like it will be challenging. I got through security without too much trouble but that was the U.S. I didn't have a note from my doctor (the TSA site said it wasn't required) but I had the info sheets from the pharmacy on Pentasa and the original bottles. When my lunch pack went through the screening device one man called to another to do a hand check. When he opened it I just said I had a disease and couldn't eat airport food. He asked me what that was and I told him. That was the end of it "have a nice trip" You better do some research about foreign airports, customs etc.
