I have had some pain in my right upper quadrant off and on since yesterday AM. Mostly hurt with a deep breath at first, now is coming in waves. Had a fever of 100 yest, then went away. I went to the er and had a U/S done along with lab work. I had an elevated WBC and a dilated common bile duct (11 mm) that now needs investigation. I had my gallbladder removed along with my second bowel resection 25 yrs ago. I just started humira 18 days ago. Has anyone experienced this or anything similiar after starting humira? I have actually had some improvement with my joints and positive bowel changes up until yesterday. I am also on pred 10 mg and entocort 6 mg. Hoping this is coincidental. Saw my GI this AM, and he ordered the CT. Also saw my Rheumy and he had never heard of this happening with humira, but he admitted that most of his pts are not crohn's and don't get the higher loading doses.
DIANNE
Diagnosed at age 19 with CD.
