I was Dx with CD about a year ago then had a emergency resection.  I was on Imuran then my blood count dropped to 7.5.  so my Dr. stopped me on and I am just on Pentasa currently.  I have noticed some changes in my body including this weird joint popping.  has anyone experienced this??  and what is causing this?  Thanks guys

I don't know what causes it but when I was younger I used to snap, crackle and pop all the time. Now I just wish I would again as it always was like relief to the pressure in the joint. I don't think its really anything to be concerned about.
Been living with Crohn's Disease for 32 years.  Currently on Asacol, Prilosec 60 mg, Estrace, Prinivil, Diltiazem, Percoset prn for pain and Calcium.  Resections in 2002 and 2005.  Recently diagnosed with Fibromyalgia and doing tests to see if I have Inflammatory Arthritis or AS.

Welcome to the forum,we are glade to have you but I hate that you are having to deal with all of this.it is not uncommon for us to have joint pain it seem's to be a side effect. The joint poping could be a sign that there is something else going on with you.If this is giving you a lot of trouble you may want to ask your PCP to refer you to a Rheumy.I wished that I could help you more. Please continue to post here and please know you are welcome any time.
