Unfortunately this isn't my 1st prep but I reading some of the other messages and some of you talk about lollipops and candy to eat in between drinking your prep.  My question is, if you eat jolly ranchers are you eating all of the flavors?  My directions tell me that I have to stay away from anything red such as jello or juices.

Thanks

I would stay away from any candy that has red coloring in them. The lollipop idea I just read about yesterday and wish I had thought of that 3 colonoscopy's ago!

the bag usually says which colored dyes are in which candy - stick with greens or yellows, purples, oranges i'd think - i ate all color popsicles but red - so i think other colors would be ok. - that's how i roll :P

Thanks for the info, this is going to help alot.  I just hate doing the prep.  I've tried several but this one is a new one for me so I hope it works as well as the others.

TN Girl, I'll be prepping along with you, so you know you're not alone. Don't eat the red or purple colors, and don't forget you can
have a clear broth. It's sometimes nice to have something warm in your tummy. Best of luck..

(apparently my mom is the same way so at least I know its not just me :) ) But yea no red or orange die. or anything with thickness too it.. Chicken broth was the grosses thing I've eaten yet.. I'm used to it being cooked with food.. Are there any other broths that you guys have tried that are good??
