Beer really bothers my stomach... I never seem to have a problem with the hard stuff though. My mom thinks it has to do with the yeast in beer or something?

I never could get Beer past my nose. Don't like the smell. I like my alcohol to taste like fruit or chocolate!

Try a rum and coke (and tell the barkeep to hold the rum). Sit back and watch those who ARE drinking. Watch the changes in them. By the end of the night you will find they aren't so funny or much fun. Plus they stink. I'm not sure which is worse, second hand beer or second hand whiskey.
Some people are like Slinkies... Not really good for anything, but they still bring a smile to your face when you push them down a flight of stairs.

C2- so true. I was a rowdy college girl transformed into a sober DD and I find half of the drunk antics I used to love so annoying and repulsing now. I try not to judge others or look down my nose on them and just have fun, meanwhile capturing it all on my camera to fill them in the next day when they don't remember. I still go all out maybe once or twice a year but the "lets get wasted" mentality is old news to me now.
26 Year old married female.  Diagnosed w/ CD 3 years ago, IBS for over 10 years before that, which was probably the CD.  Currently on Pentasa 4 pills/4x day, hysociamine prn, nexium, and ortho evra.  Good times!!!

My hubby drinks beer................one a day.  If he drinks more than that he has problems but he is the most talented person I know with coming up with other reasons for his problems............it was the cinnamon in the rolls he ate or the mayonaise in the tuna salad............never the beer. :)

LOL
